Summary:
Film version of the classic opera, with Migenes-Johnson as Carmen, and Domingo as Don José. Carmen seduces Don José who then deserts his post, his family and his honor. When the dashing toreador Escamillo wins Carmen's affections, the spurned Don José is filled with rage and jealousy, and tragedy ensues.
