"Whenever it starts to rain, Wallow the Bear feels gloomy. He doesn't like staying in his cave all day and wants to go play outside. One day, when Wallow is sad again because of a heavy rainstorm, he suddenly hears splashing and giggling outside his door. There, he is greeted by his friend Little Cub, who is happily playing in the puddles. Wallow decides to join in on the fun and learns that a rainy day isn't so bad after all."-from front inside cover.
