Summary:
Somaly Mam, born deep in the Cambodian jungle, was sold into sexual slavery by her grandfather at the age of twelve. Throughout the next decade she was shifted among the brothels that comprise Southeastern Asia's enormous sex trade, suffering horrific atrocities. Here, she recounts these experiences, along with the experience of gaining her freedom with the aid of a French worker.
