Summary:
The 1980's registered seven of the ten hottest years ever recorded, an indication to some scientists that a gradual warming of the planet is occurring--a situation that could have dramatic effects on planetary weather and life forms. This program explains the greenhouse effect--its importance to the Earth and the problems that occur when too many gases accumulate in our atmosphere and begin to warm up the atmosphere.
