Summary:
A film that explores the state of Argentina's economic culture. After experiencing a widespread economic failure in the 1990's, grassroots initiatives began organizing locally-run, employee-owned businesses, with workers occupying the closed facilities of their former owners. The filmmakers review the conditions that led to Argentina's economic downfall, the ensuing change in goverment leadership, and examine the new community-led worker cooperatives.
