Summary:
10-year-old Phillip craves speed and light. He is obsessed with staying in perpetual motion. He and his mom make ends meet by stealing money from the men she seduces, both living the outlaw life. Determined to escape the nightmare existance of his mom settling down in the suburbs, Phillip gets rid of the problem with a homemade remedy and the two have to hit the road again. Unfortunately, their past comes back to haunt them when Phillip's dad comes back to reclaim his place at the head of the family.
