Summary:
Johnny Leyton's two HMV LP's were remarkable for being stand-alone albums in an era when LP's were more usually built around hits. The Two Sides Of, produced by the legendary Joe Meek, was issued in December '61 at the very peak of John's popularity, whilst the Robert Stigwood-produced Always Yours appeared in the summer of '63, shortly before he disappeared off of to Hollywood. Nowadays, both are highly sought-after collectors' artefacts, and are reissued here in their entirety for the first time on CD -- from the back cover.
