Summary:
Attorney Nina Reilly leaves her ex-husband and old job in San Francisco for a practice in Lake Tahoe. She helps Misty Patterson divorce her abusive husband. When the husband is found murdered, Nina agrees to defend Misty against murder charges. But Misty's memory is blank in some spots and Nina can't tell if she's crafty or a victim of some early trauma.
