The text is printed on extra blank leaves of a spiral bound notebook and interleaved among the reassembled pages of the notebook, the latter containing manuscript recipes for cakes, cookies, and doughnuts compiled by Mrs. Henry Novotny. Edition limited to one copy, signed by the artist.
