Wealthy widower Quentin Chambers has not gone back to church since the death of his wife five years earlier. His home is without music and his five children are out of control. In an effort to bring some order to his life, Quentin's mother hires Montana, a pretty, church-going, live-in nanny. The children like her immediately and Quentin finds himself opening his heart again. However, a friend of his deceased wife has been scheming to become the next Mrs. Chambers and she'll do whatever is necessary to remove Montana from his life.
