Summary:
Boston Blackie is a television show that aired from 1951-1953. He is a detective based out of Los Angeles who works as "an enemy to those who make him an enemy, friend to those who have no friend." Sometimes solving cases with the help of his romantic interest Mary Wesley, and sometimes accompanied by Whitey the Dog, Blackie is shown driving multiple sports cars through the California landscape. A reformed jewel thief who now works for justice, he often solves cases before the police are able, exasperating his contact Inspector Faraday.
