Summary:
Jed Clampett, the patriarch of this Ozark hillbilly clan, was hunting in the backwoods of his family home. His shot missed the mark and hit the ground, striking oil. At the suggestion of his family, Granny, Elly May, and Jethro, they immediately packed their belongings into their jalopy and moved to a mansion in Beverly Hills, California.
