British pilots James Teasdale and Bryan Young have been chosen to conduct a special photo-reconnaissance mission near Dresden, Germany because Intelligence believes the Nazis are building new factories, but their plane is shot down and they jump aboard a train for wounded SS officers to escape, and end up as patients in a mental hospital far behind enemylines.
