"TV reporter, Riley Spartz, pursues a curious story of a bride left at the altar. Mark, the bridegroom, never showed up after the rehearsal dinner. His mother, totally embarrassed in front of 300 high-society people, waits weeks to file a missing persons report, and then commits suicide. However, her suicide note is written in Mark's handwriting! Riley smells a hint of a very good story, but is sent off by her boss to investigate a missing large mouth bass from a mall aquarium. Deciding to follow her nose, she investigates the missing person report and makes a startling discovery.
