Summary:
Marie mixes perfumes to sell on market day, saving the money for a dowry for her sister, Ama, in hopes of Ama marrying well. But some of the perfumes are laced with death-- a hint of honeysuckle she's trained her sister to respond to. Marie marks her victim, and Ama attacks-- and kills as a beast. When an unmarked boy turns up dead one morning, Marie knows Ama needs a cure. Which means returning to the place where Ama was cursed in the first place: the home of Lord Sebastian LaClaire. -- adapted from jacket
