Binky has been promoted to lieutenant. It's a job that comes with great responsibility -- Binky is in charge of training a new FURST agent. But when his student show up, Binky finds that this new cadet can't leap and pounce and claw, and won't even use a litter box. Worst of all, Binky is suspicious about his studen't loyalty to the alien-fighting cause. Can Binky and Captain Gracie turn this carpet-wetter around?
