Between 1887 and 1931, while living with her brother at a ighthouse on Elba Island, Florence Martus waved at every ship coming in and out of the port of Savannah. When author Regina Terrance releases a book claiming Florence was signaling enemy ships, Florence's great-great niece Mary hires Magnolia Investigations to clear her relative's name. Before Meredith and Julia can begin their investigation, the author goes missing and Mary is the chief suspect.
