Summary:
Herky must perform a good deed to receive his Chopper Scout Merit Badge; Jay Jay and Tracy learn of Old Oscar's bravery and devise a plan to honor him at the sky parade; When rain forces a long-awaited trip to be cancelled, Tracy takes Jay Jay to the Tarrytown Library; One day there is a terrible rainstorm and Savannah suggests they all use their imaginations to play a game of pretend; Herky feels sick with Upsy-Downosis but hides it from Brenda.
