Summary:
Suspicions arise when three corpses are found sucked dry of blood. The search begins for a crazed vampire killer and ultimately leads Scotland Yard to the secret operating theater of Doctor Browning. There, he has perfected a way of taking limbs and organs from various bodies and matching them to form his idea of a super-human.
