Summary:
Shubunka pulled himself up by extorting protection money from small-time operators of policy number, gaming house and other illicit enterprises. But he had no friends, knew no happiness and tormented his moll until she finally put the finger on him for a rival mob. And Shubunka ended up in the gutter on a rainy night, his body riddled with bullets.
