Summary:
Life implodes for Frances O'Brien, Head Librarian, when her horrible mother comes to live with her. Frances wants her husband, Terry, to look after her, but he's busy with his Midnight Oil tribute group, 'Oils Ain't Oils'. Adding to her woes, the library is forced to return an annual profit. As the staff already struggles to enforce the return of a book, this latest initiative could spell the end of the library.
