Report from April 2005 workshop hosted by Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS) and National Marine Sanctuary Program and held to prioritize requirements for monitoring the proposed federal marine reserves in that sanctuary. Contains project ideas and recommendations of scientists who participated in the workshop for developing a monitoring plan which could be used to assess effectiveness of the deep-water reserve network.
