Summary:
After the environmental, social, and economic collapse known as The Crash, Callum Israel has rediscovered his calling and revived his core mission: to save the planet at all costs. But Ninth Wave's ability to do so is diminishing, along with the morale of the remaining crew aborad the Kapital. Longship pits the crew against a classic foe: whalers. But in the post-Crash world, whaling isn't such a black-and-white issue. Ninth Wave is also reunited with a disgraced crew member who sails into New York Harbor with payload of nuclear weapons and a score to settle.
