The Barkley's new dog Byte is actually a retired spy who has been trained to handle serious computer problems. Suddenly he finds out that his country once again must rely on his computer skills to fix the Y2K problem with the sewer systems, not to mention the threat of a computer virus designed to back up toilets until the year 3000.
