"Two hundred copies ... printed in Bulmer set by Stan Lane at Gloucester Typesetting. The paper is Magnani Avorio Biblos, and the marbled boards are by Antonio Velez Celemin. The Fine Book Bindery bound the edition. All copies include Bewick's portrait of Robert Pollard, printed from the wood, while the 100 special copies also include an original print of Waiting for death, made by Iain Bain. The specials are signed by the author below The Master's facsimile signature, and are housed in a chemise." Errata: 'Waiting for Death' illustration was printed lithographically in the standard copies.
