Summary:

When absent-minded scientist, Alex, walks into the path of an oncoming car, Nino's doy, Rex sacrifices himself to save the man's life. To repay the debt, Alex operates on Rex and implants a computer chip giving Rex amazing new super powers. But some of Alex's enemies want the chip so now Rex has to become a super-dog crime fighter and will have to save Nino.
