Summary:
In 1926, the world's most famous evangelist, Sister Aimee Semple McPherson, fakes her own death in order to run away to Mexico with her married lover and radio engineer Kenny. Once on the road, and equipped with new identities, they find themselves chased by the very persona Aimee so desperately tried to kill.
