Summary:
Hyakkimaru is a young man who lost 48 parts of his body when his father offered him up to demons in exchange for power. Now he travels the war-torn countryside in Sengoku era Japan, killing demons in order to regain his humanity piece by piece. He is accompanied by Dororo, a young orphan who desires to steal Hyakkimaru's swords.
