Summary:
The Care Bears must find a way for Patti's dad to make it to her pageant on time. Then, Professor Coldheart dumps concrete from his airplane so little Suzy can roller-skate everywhere. Then, young Jill's pals get trapped in a cellar because she sent them on a phony treasure hunt. Finally, pals Joey and Elaine discover an underground river during a drought, but they get stuck in a cave. Whatever the problem, the Care Bears are there to lend a paw, and lots of love too.
