Summary:
Victor Frankenstein steals a murdered doctor's work journals and sets about constructing a living being from body parts from corpses. The creature comes to life and escapes. Victor falls ill from pneumonia. When he recovers, he thinks the creature has died and decides to go back to Geneva and marry Elizabeth, his adopted sister. The creature is hounded by the townspeople. The creature resolves to take revenge on Victor. He goes after his creator to seek vengeance.
