Summary:
Balto, a part husky/part wolf outcast in Alaska, becomes a hero when he rescues a team of sled dogs that has become lost in a fierce blizzard while attempting to deliver a much-needed supply of medicine to Nome which has been stricken with a diptheria epidemic.
