Summary:
On his first solo delivery route, Jay Jay decides to make an unscheduled stop which affects his deliveries; Snuffy discovers that rainbows are special surprises that rainy days bring; Brenda Blue helps Jay Jay realize that one's friends don't stop loving each other just becasue there's a new plane in the hangar; When Herky comes down with a comical case of the hiccups, his friends suggest remedies but only increase the frenzy; Herky tries to catch Brenda's hat when it blows away during a very windy day.
