Dio Rodriguez, a gang member in Las Vegas since the age of thirteen, works to maintain his tough guy image--only letting his softer side show with his childhood sweetheart Jennifer, but when a drive-by shooting lands Jennifer in the hospital and Dio in a prison boot-camp, he must figure out how to turn his life around.
