Summary:
A young factory worker buys an 8mm movie camera to take pictures of his newborn daughter. When a clumsy documentary he made for work wins a prize at an amateur film festival, he becomes obessed with filmmaking and begins to photograph anything that moves, including things the authorities would rather not have exposed.
