Van Gogh revisited consists of 16 programmable chapters which present an overview of the 5 main periods of Van Gogh's career and are accompanied by two audio channels: a critical commentary by Leonard Nimoy (track 1); Van Gogh's own thoughts excerpted from his letter to Theo and to artist friends (track 2). Each chapter is followed by a catalogue chapter with still frames of key paintings; five background chapters present the geographical, historical and social contexts in which Van Gogh lived and worked. A summary chapter traces the principal themes that run through Van Gogh's work. Vincent is a dramatic account of his life seen through the eyes of his brother Theo.
