Several pages are misnumbered, e.g., fol. 86 as 85; fol. 87 omitted in numbering; fol. 74, 75 and 112 incorrectly numbered 72, 74 and 121 respectively; fol. 113 numbered as 13- Signatures: A-Ýþ, Aa-Qq́þ (Gg4 numbered Gg3) Title within ornamental border; initials; head- and tail-pieces; side-notes; horizontal chain lines. "This collection was originally made by Lawrance Nowell, who going abroad in 1657 [i. e. 1557?] left it to Lambarde to translate and publish"--Clarke, Bibliotheca legum. Includes index. "Errata, & praetermissa, in hunc modum restituito" (p. [33-34]) Paper edges colored yellow. Library's copy has spine title in gold on red background. Library's copy has note on front endpaper: "The first book published by Wm. Lambarde ... on p. 26 is a correction in W. L's hand. I have seen five copies all with this correction. F.W.C." Library's copy has note on front fly-leaf: "From Streetfeild sale at Sotheby's, Feb. 1904. It is the first issue of 1st ed. before correction to p. 26."
