"Two hundred and twenty-five copies have been printed in hand-set Stephenson Blake Caslon Old Face on Zerkall mould-made paper. Christopher Wormell's engraving was printed from the original wood block. The end-papers are Canson Mi-Teintes and the boards are covered with hand-made paper from the Larroque mill.
