Summary:
Illustrates heart disease and heart attack issues through the story of Max, an overworked, out-of-shape, stressed-out supermarket manager and his impending heart attack. Max indulges his appetite and his emotions, and as the pressures of his job mount along with the demands of his family, he begins to show signs of serious heart trouble. Following Max through his daily routine, the film offers examples of how Max's choices and habits contribute to his worsening condition, as well as alternatives such as exercise, diet, and stress reduction techniques that could help Max avoid serious health problems with his heart.
