Summary:
Disc 1: Aang and his friends enter the Fire Nation with the goal of secretly entering to the Royal Palace, where they will eventually confront and defeat the Firelord. Along the way, they discover that the people of the Fire Nation are not all that different in their needs and desires from the other peoples of the world. Disc 2: Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Toph continue to get ready for the eclipse; Aang learns about the past he shares with Zuko; Toph finds trouble in a local village; Katara learns a technique she wishes she hadn't; and the long-awaited Fire Nation invasion begins. Disc 3: The eclipse has come but where is the Firelord? Aang searches frantically for him but finds trouble instead. The kids are forced to flee the Fire Nation palace with Azula and her warships hot on their heels. At the Western Air Temple, a surprise mentor joins them. Prince Zuko offers to be Aang's Firebending teacher, and together the new team must figure out a way to get Aang back in the fight. Disc 4: The kids return to the Fire Nation and prepare for their final confrontation with Firelord Ozai, but they discover that the Firelord has plans of his own: he has ordained himself Phoenix King and appointed Princess Azula as the next Firelord. Aang fulfills his destiny as the Avatar and confronts the Firelord in the greatest battle of the series.
