Summary:
After a horrible accident, guilt-stricken Victoria leaves her husband and flees to the countryside where she starts a new job and soon becomes entangled in an unusual murder investigation. When she is swept into the life of the main suspect and embarks on a passionate affair, she must come to terms with the unthinkable tragedy that has clouded her life.
