Produced with the full cooperation of the United States Department of Defense, West Point is a dramatic series chronicling real-life occurrences at the famed military academy in the early 20th century. Running from 1956 to 1957, the series featured guest appearances from several big name stars, including Chuck Connors, Barbara Eden of 'I Dream of Jeannie, ' and 'Dirty Harry' Callahan himself, Clint Eastwood. Also showcased was a young writer named Gene Roddenberry, who went on to create Star Trek.
