Summary:
Filmed in the months after his death and highlights the work of sculptor Christian Petersen, artist-in-residence at Iowa State University. Mr. Petersen describes in his own words why he chose to stay at Iowa State and also tells why he feels his last work of art, Dedication to the future, for the Fisher Community Center at Marshalltown, Iowa was his most important. Includes footage of some of his work in his studio and shows the works in place around the Iowa State campus. Also features some of his extensive religious works.
