Contains filmed highlights of the 1942 VEISHEA celebration at Iowa State College. Second part, in color, shows dedication of the new Christian Petersen fountain in front of McKay Hall, military review, graduation and presentation of military awards, and highlights of the parade with marching bands and floats.
