Picking up where Mojado left off, this is the story of Luca's widow. Tressa Tarango wants to return to Mexico with her deceased husband's cremains before Day of the Dead but she also wants vengeance. Charlie offers to help but knows he must keep a keen eye on Tressa who is still connected to a Mexican drug cartel.
