Summary:
When Winnie, Oscar's friend, comes to visit, he is worried he will have to perform a difficult trick; Tracy is learning to fly at high altitudes but is not willing to admit she hasn't yet mastered the skill; When Jay Jay notices as S.O.S. signal, he finds a magnificent cloud castle and meets the Cloud King there; With the help of a balloon, Herky helps Revvin' fly like him, but the flight turns dangerous; An article in the Tarrytown Newspaper tells about acts of courage the gang all performed, all except for Jay Jay.
