Summary:
When high-school student Jin carves a statue from wood from a shrine tree for a school project, a young girl appears in front of him and informs him that she is a shrine goddess, but her powers to protect the local area are diminished by the cutting of her tree. The goddess, Nagi, moves in with Jin and tries to figure out how she can perform her godly duties, while Jin tries to keep his life separate from his new roommate.
