Summary:
During the Indian Wars (1866-1891), over 10,000 African-American soldiers fought against foreign troops on American soil. Journal extracts, archival art and other historical documents bring to life the world of the Buffalo Soldiers, men who fought a double war-- one against the enemy and the other against the bigotry and prejudices of their own country.
