Public health investigator Dr. Zol Szabo looks into the unexplained deaths of a group of teens at a high school. Zol thinks the key is the cut-rate cigarettes manufactured on the local Indian Reservation, but his superiors don't want him to pursue that path. With the death toll rising, Zol is determined to uncover the cause, even if it means putting himself in the crosshairs.
