Summary:
Pressure Maxwell emerges from Sing Sing planning to run a dog track with his cronies Jug and Weepy. But a plan needs dough, so the boys open a luggage shop as a front while attempting to tunnel into the bank next door. The store gains unexpected success. Hanging around the store is a gabby traveling valise salesman. A sour con arrives wanting in on their action.
