Summary:
Little brat Harvey accidently goes overboard on an ocean liner and is picked up by a fishing boat where he remains stranded with the fishermen crew; story of Father Flanagan who created a home for boys society had tossed away; a doctor transforms into a murderer; a mysterious one-armed man gets off the train in the isolated town of Black Rock and sets the town on edge with his investigation of a missing man.
